    I’m learning not to dwell too much on the annoying details of life, because whenΒ I do so I notice it draws too much of my energy that could’ve been best put somewhere else. Learning to let things go is probably not one of my best strengths due to my high levels of empathy and emotional intelligence, which unfortunately sometimes backfires into high sensitivity.
